Rental Details

Winter holidays have a five night minimum stay requirement [Christmas 7 days]
Rental weeks are booked Saturday - Saturday (check in at 4 p.m., check out at 10 a.m.) . Contact us for check-in flexibility if less than 7 night stay.
Shorter stays are available in Summer/Fall season and the early/late ski season.
Cleaning Fee and local taxes (10%) extra
30% deposit + $500 security deposit required to hold reservation
Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival
Refunds provided if cancellation is given with a minimum of sixty days notice. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
No smoking or pets allowed
